There is no right way to do therapy. Therapy can take on many different forms, depending on specific needs and goals of the person seeking treatment. 

Yes! I have a limited number of in-person sessions available at 267 Runnymede Rd. in Toronto’s Bloor West Village, just a few steps away from Runnymede subway station. Click here to see my in-person availability.

The length someone needs to be in therapy can vary. Some people only need a few sessions to address a specific concern, while others may require therapy over a longer period of time.

Psychotherapy services are not covered by OHIP, but most employer-provided benefit packages do cover limited private psychotherapy offered by a social worker or licensed psychologist.

Unfortunately not at this time.  It is the responsibility of the client to seek reimbursement from their insurance/benefit provider. I provide either credit card or e-transfer payments, and will issue you a detailed invoice for insurance claims purposes.

I have a 24-hour cancellation policy for any changes or cancellations. Any appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment start time will be subject to the full session fee.

Generally, all communication is confidential. However, there are exceptions required by law that can be discussed in session.

Any information disclosed during a session cannot be disclosed by law without your written consent.

Yes, on a case-by-case basis. We can discuss your eligibility for a sliding-scale rate in your initial consultation with me.
